Selling Policies
 

Payment

Paypal ONLY (which accepts major credit/debit cards and e-checks) Immidiate payment upon purchase is required. PayPal requests that you must have a confirmed shipping address. I will not ship the item to the buyer who does not have a confirmed Paypal shipping address and reserve the right to cancel the sale if a confirmed address is not provided within two days. Shipping & Handling

US / International

Shipping cost is shown for the continental USA ONLY, Alaska, Hawaii are not included, buyer must inquire on these shipping costs.

International buyers must email for shipping costs BEFORE purchasing. International buyers pay all fees and taxes if any. I will only ship international if the size fits within the restrictions of customs. Again a confirmed Paypal address is required.

The painting will be packed by UPS and shipped by UPS Ground with delivery confirmation.

No Local pick up.

Insurance and delivery confirmation is included FREE.

 

Delivery

Item will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Item will be shipped by UPS Ground for the continental USA. Note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Confirmed paypal address and a phone number required upon purchasing.

 

Refunds & Returns

Returns are allowed up to 7 days after receipt. All returns MUST be fully insured for the full value of purchase price with delivery confirmation. Painting MUST be packed and shipped with the same mailing method as received.  Buyer pays return shipping and insurance. Only the purchase price will be refunded, (shipping, handling, insurance and other fees will not) upon return of undamaged goods. I advise not to open the package if damaged in shipment and refuse delivery and contact me.

Here are the conditions which must be met for a return:

• The merchandise must be postmarked no later than 7 days from date the painting  was received.

• Full insurance must be purchased by buyer for any returned merchandise.

• NO COD's for return shipping will be accepted.

• Item must be shipped in the original packing with delivery confirmation.

• A copy of the receipt needs to accompany any returned painting.

• YOU MUST NOTIFY ME BEFOREHAND on any returns.

Please, take into consideration that images look different on different monitors. I do my best to take a high-quality photos to render the best color, contrast and saturation of my artwork. Photographs are taken with polarized light to reduce reflections therefore painting may appear flatter looking in photo than real life.
